I’m okay

I’m too distracted for life.
My insides are empty.
These thoughts aren’t formed in a language I understand.
I forgot how to ignore things like sadness.
This isn’t anything more than anxiety over something out of my control.
I need things to be good again, I’m too exhausted to handle anything more.
Let’s figure things out and be content.
Shhhh.
Calm me down.
